Shipping Most small orders (weighing less than 5 lbs.) will be shipped via United States Postal Service Parcel Post (delivery in 2-9 days). Most large orders (weighing over 5 lbs) are shipped Federal Express Ground (delivery in 2-5 days). All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3:00 CST Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.
The
Gentle Nest does not ship on major holidays or on government holidays when the
postal service is closed.

Returns
Unwashed,
unworn, unused, or defective merchandise may be returned to The Gentle Nest within
14 days from the date of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Upon receipt of merchandise, The Gentle Nest will refund your money in the original form of payment for price paid for the item. Please note since shipping is not charged on original U.S. purchases, The Gentle Nest must deduct the cost of shipping from the refunded amount.
Please note that we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item
sent is defective. To return any Gentle Nest purchase by mail, pack your item(s)
in the original package if possible, and included a copy of the original receipt.
